While her title suggests a focus on operations, Samantha wears many hats, serving as our HR Manager, IT Specialist, Calendar Coordinator, and all-around Problem Solver. Her ability to seamlessly juggle these responsibilities makes her an indispensable part of our team.

Caitlin

is the paralegal at Cain Injury Law where she draws on her years of experience as a journalist to communicate with clients and providers with the utmost care and compassion. As our paralegal, Caitlin uses her interviewing skills to facilitate intakes of potential new clients while handling day-to-day communications with clients, insurance and providers, requesting medical records and documents, drafting and filing pleadings for lawsuits as well as tackling anything else each day may bring.
